About George Demetriades
George, a Partner at Andreas Demetriades & Co LLC, brings a wealth of legal expertise to the firm.
From 2002 up until 2019, he had been an active force in Court Litigation, demonstrating his expertise in both Civil and Criminal Law cases. His courtroom skills were marked by a track record of successfully navigating complex legal challenges.
Beyond litigation, George has been playing a pivotal role in hundreds of real estate and immigration cases for the Firm’s multinational clientele. His extensive experience includes handling a wide spectrum of matters in conveyancing transactions for both off plan and resale properties. Known for his keen legal insight and meticulous attention to detail, his commitment to excellence is evident in every transaction he handles, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for the Firm’s clients.
In addition to his hands-on legal work, George has also served as a Committee Member of the Pafos Legal Bar Association. He was also a member of the Cyprus Parole Board, as the representative of the Cyprus Bar Association, underscoring his standing as a trusted legal professional.
George obtained an LLB from the University of Bristol in the UK and he has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since January 2003.
He is fluent in Greek and English.
